While Duetto Park has consistently proved popular among those working there, that’s no reason to sit back and relax. To ensure that satisfaction remained high, a program of renewal at Duetto Park began in 2020 and has concluded in 2021.

The renewal has been designed by Scope Design and PES architects taking into account sustainability, functionality and well-being issues.

The lobby area has been fully renewed with high quality materials to create an impactful and welcoming aspect. The common areas of each floor of offices have also been attractively renewed.

The visibility of the property itself and of its tenants has been significantly improved with the renewal of façade lighting and illuminated signage.

The parking areas have been expanded and signage has been renewed. Charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed in the indoor parking garage and in external and guest parking areas.
